Obituary for Eleanor Sue Wood
Wood, Eleanor S., 79, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on Monday, September 21, 2020 at her home.
She was born January 30, 1941 in Jacksonburg, WV, the daughter of the late Earl and Jesse (Shreves) Reese.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Wood.
Surviving are four daughters, Melissa Wood, Melinda (Pat) Campbell, Jessica (Jim) Chambers and Barbara Wood, eight grandchildren, Erin, Andrew, Katelyn, Molly, Tyler, Eli, Evan and Reese, a great-granddaughter, Scarlett, several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Thursday from 12 PM until the time of the funeral service at 2 PM at Palmer Funeral Home, Pine Grove, WV. Interment at the Pricetown Cemetery, Pricetown, WV. Online condolences may be expressed at palmerfuneral.com.
